Outshine-AC currently ships eligible orders from our United States warehouse to addresses in the United States and Canada.
Free Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the United States and Canada. Applicable taxes, customs duties, or other government charges are not considered shipping fees and may be collected at checkout or by the relevant authority.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 5–10 business days.
Canada: 7–15 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates begin after an order is confirmed and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, customs processing, and other events outside our control may cause delays.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Tracking information will be sent when it becomes available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear in the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfillment. Customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Large or Multi-Package Orders
Furniture and game-room products may ship in large or multiple packages. Packages from the same order may arrive separately. Please inspect all packages and retain the packaging until you confirm that the order is complete and undamaged.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the delivery area and contact the carrier.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact outshineac@gmail.com promptly. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected area. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
